Client Services Coordinator
I've always been someone who loves creating order, solving problems, and helping people feel supported. As Client Services Coordinator, my goal is to make every client experience feel seamless—from answering questions and coordinating next steps to making sure every detail behind the scenes is taken care of. I want our clients to know they have someone in their corner who genuinely cares about making the process as smooth and welcoming as possible.
My path into financial services wasn't a traditional one. Before joining Wilcox Financial Group, I spent years serving residents in long-term care, where I witnessed firsthand the impact thoughtful financial planning—or the lack of it—could have on individuals and the families they loved. Those experiences showed me that financial planning is about so much more than numbers. It's about creating options, protecting the people you care about, and building a legacy that reflects the life you've worked so hard to create.
I've also been an entrepreneur for more than 13 years, owning and operating several businesses, including a boutique, permanent jewelry lounge, rental apartment, laundry service, and co-working space. Running businesses has given me a deep appreciation for organization, communication, and building lasting relationships. I'm also a QuickBooks Certified professional and serve on the Ellicottville Chamber of Commerce Board, where I enjoy supporting fellow entrepreneurs and giving back to my community.
One of the things I value most about Wilcox Financial Group is our commitment to building genuine relationships with every client. Financial planning is deeply personal, and I believe everyone deserves to feel heard, respected, and supported throughout that journey. Being part of a team that shares those values makes the work I do incredibly meaningful.
Outside of the office, you'll usually find me with a cup of coffee, listening to an Audible book, working on a paint-by-number project, or spending time outdoors. My husband, Bill, and I have called Ellicottville home since 2007, where we've raised our son, Samuel, built several businesses together, and continue to enjoy everything our community has to offer. I also have a slight obsession with spreadsheets, beautiful jewelry, and finding the perfect comfy outfit.
