How We Price Financial Planning

Your First Year With Us

Every client starts with a 12-month planning engagement.

Why? Because real change takes time.

We’ll create your roadmap, help you execute it, and adjust as life inevitably shifts. We believe in transparent fees and creating a plan tailored to your life. Our priority is to deliver peace of mind, clarity and provide relentless support. 

Every plan includes:

  • Comprehensive analysis across cash flow, taxes, investments, retirement, insurance, and estate needs

  • A prioritized action plan (with accountability built in—we don’t hand you a binder and disappear)

  • Ongoing access to your advisory team for those “life just happened” questions

  • Coordination with your CPA, attorney, or HR team as needed

  • Implementation support (accounts, transfers, insurance underwriting, plan updates)

*Financial plan recommendations can be implemented with the advisor of your choosing.  Implementation of specific products or services may result in commissions or fees outside of the financial planning fee.

Beyond Year One

After your first year, most clients continue their planning relationship (typically $1,750–$7,500/yr), tailored to the level of ongoing planning and advisory support you need. Investment management is available separately, always fully disclosed, and never required.

Note: If your situation involves multiple businesses, advanced estate work, or a significant transaction (sale, buyout, inheritance), we’ll scope and agree on a custom fee before starting. No surprises. 

This fee schedule is provided as a general overview. Fees for Financial Planning Services are negotiable and are based on a variety of factors including the services selected and complexity of your situation. Your actual fee may differ and will be disclosed in your Financial Planning Services Agreement.   • 4-6 meetings throughout the year.

No. Planning is a standalone service. If we implement insurance or investments, we disclose all costs, always.

Q: Can I pay monthly?
Yes—most clients do. Annual or quarterly works too.

Q: I’m a realtor/consultant with variable income. Am I “Growing Complexity”?
Likely yes. We’ll optimize irregular cash flow, taxes (quarterlies/PTET when relevant), and retirement savings for 1099s.

Q: What if my needs change mid-year?
We’ll adjust the scope together—up or down—and confirm any fee change before we proceed.
